This few days damn busy...
And momo is also one of my busy reason...
This few weeks he kept scratching him self... Even right after i bath him... and my mum says that his skin seems red... T_T
Omg... Must bring him to see a doctor on monday!!!
And after seeing momo kept scratching i went to Google about Jack Russell...
This is what i got: http://www.jackrussellsavvy.com/jack-russell-dogs.html
Momo breed is Friendly, bold and brave (see,i told all of my friends that he is friendly de). Jack Russell’s are highly intelligent (ya ya, i agree), have a one-track-mind (can't do two things at a time) and are independent. He requires plenty of your attention.
The average life expectancy of Jack Russell dogs is 13 – 15 years or longer. ( i truly hope so...)
The Jack Russell is a healthy breed and is not prone to any major hereditary health defects. The one health concern that tends to appear in the breed is cataracts. (omg!)
Social Skills – Jack Russell dogs are quite sociable and are usually friendly with everyone including strangers. (see!!! told u guys so)
Jack Russell’s tend to socialize well with other dogs, but they often do not get along with cats, and should never be placed in a home with rodents. Therefore, if you have a hamster, gerbil, rabbit or any other rodent, a Jack Russell is out the question (omg!!! i still want a rabbit de) , as he will consider this animal fair game.
First Time Dog Owner – A Jack Russell Terrier is not the breed for you. His high energy and intelligence will overwhelm you. (OMG OMG!!! I'm a 1st time dog owner!!!)
Jack Russell Terriers can and will get cavities and periodontal disease if their teeth are not taken care of. (omg! momo don like brushing teeth!!!)
The dog shouldn’t scratch his ears or shake his head frequently. This is a sign of infection. ( OMG!!! INFECTION!!!)
The eyes of Jack Russell puppies are almond shaped, dark, and have a look of intelligence and alertness.
Jack Russell’s have black noses. A good indication of a healthy dog is a cool, moist noise.
Jacks have strong muscular jaws and cheeks. They have strong, white teeth that form into a perfect scissor bite, with the top teeth slightly extending over the bottom. Keep in mind that Jack Russell puppies have fewer teeth then adults. Puppies have 23 teeth which they will gradually lose as their 42 permanent adult teeth come in.
Jack Russell’s carry their tails high and proud, and tails are usually about 4 inches in length. (why momo don have... T_T)
The skin of a healthy Jack Russell should be smooth and have no growths, scabs, flakes or redness. If the puppy has spotted skin do not be alarmed, this is common in many dogs and is nothing to worry about. (so i don need to bring momo to a doc???)
Hai...better bring him just for a check up...Prevention is always better then cure... Need to go dig his vaccination record card...
